On May 13, Netflix confirmed that another Grown Ups movie is in development. However, this time it won't be directed by Dennis Dugan, who directed the first and second Grown Ups films, which came out in 2010 and 2013 respectively.
Instead, Grown Ups 3 will be directed by Kyle Newacheck, who's known for his work on Happy Gilmore 2, Murder Mystery and Game Over, Man!
Adam Sandler, who plays Lenny in the films, is credited as a writer for Grown Ups 3, alongside Tim Herlihy, who also co-wrote the second film. The comedian and Herlihy will produce this new movie with Sandler's wife, Jackie Sandler, and Jack Giarraputo.
