The infamous ā€˜Scandoval’ cheating scandal between Vanderpump Rules’ Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, and Rachel (nĆ©e Raquel) Leviss went down in March 2023.

In Jan. 2024, former flames Tom and Ariana embarked on a legal battle to sell their $2 million home, which they still shared after their dramatic split.

The lawsuit has officially been settled, according to court documents obtained by Page Six, People, and TMZ.

It may be hard to believe, but it’s already been three years since ā€œScandovalā€ā€”ya know, the Bravo cheating scandal that shook the nation—hit our TV screens. And we still have updates on the whole situation in our good year, 2026.

But first, allow us to give you a much-needed refresher. In March 2023, Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix dated for nearly a decade before he was exposed for cheating on her with their castmate, Rachel (formerly known as Raquel) Leviss. Of course, a bunch of drama has ensued in the years since Tom and Ariana’s highly publicized split—including a lawsuit over the $2 million San Fernando Valley home they had shared since 2019.

According to court docs obtained by Page Six, People, and TMZ, the exes reached an agreement in their ongoing legal battle, since Ariana filed a notice of settlement of the entire case in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, January 13.

The case’s dismissal is ā€œconditional,ā€ which requires ā€œthe satisfactory completion of specified termsā€ within 30 days of the settlement date.

According to Page Six, Tom and Ariana will meet again on February 5 for a final status conference—but if he doesn’t comply, the case will go to trial on February 17.

Ariana originally sued Tom in January 2024 in an attempt to force the sale of their home, which they still shared after their breakup in 2023. At the time, they had limited contact with each other and mainly communicated through each other’s assistants (and lawyers).

She initially requested ā€œequitable allocation of the proceeds of saleā€ of the property, but Tom counter-offered her a cash buyout to keep the house for himself.

ā€œAriana is trying to make it out that I am a psychopath for wanting to keep the house that we have,ā€ he told Nick Viall during a Jan. 2024 episode of The Viall Files podcast. ā€œShe’s like, ā€˜He gave me a shit offer.’ I gave her an offer of $3.1 million.ā€

That same month, Ariana told People that she owns the house and that she was ready to ā€œfully move on from being tied toā€ it. She then reportedly bought a new $1.6 million Hollywood Hills home in March 2024.

As for the San Fernando Valley property, she gave an update on the sale during a May 2025 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, where she said, ā€œThat is ongoing but hopefully wrapping up soon.ā€

Here’s to hoping they can both move on from the home, for good, when it eventually sells.
