Dylan Sprouse spoke about welcoming a baby daughter for the first time in a September 29 podcast episode.
The former Disney star also revealed his “lovely” daughter’s name.
Sprouse and his wife Barbara Palvin announced their infant’s arrival on September 28.
As Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin bask in their new reality as first-time parents, the Suite Life of Zack and Cody star is publicly revealing their newborn baby’s name for the first time. Sprouse—who first announced his daughter’s arrival on Monday—gushed about the couple’s “lovely” new addition in an episode of his “Wildmen” podcast on September 29.

The former child star was the proudest girl dad as he spoke about his daughter, whom the couple seemingly welcomed over Labor Day weekend, for the first time. “She’s very lovely. Her name is Sylvie,” Sprouse shared, confirming his baby daughter’s full name is “Sylvie Sprouse.” He also commented on his mini-me’s personality for the first time, adding, “She’s a very well-behaved baby.”

Palvin also shared a sweet glimpse at how she and Sprouse are settling into parenthood. In a post on her Instagram Stories, she unveiled a sweet photo of her husband cradling their infant in his arms and adoringly gazing down at her. Sylvie was adorably decked out in a blue backwards L.A. baseball cap and a white Dodgers jersey. “Daddy’s girl already,” she wrote, adding a stuffed bear emoji.

Palvin confirmed that she was pregnant in May while debuting her baby bump on the red carpet with Sprouse during a glamorous Cannes Film Festival date night. However, the couple captured a more low-key moment at home for their birth announcement, posting a photo of the family-of-three from behind as they coordinated to cheer on the L.A. Dodgers on TV.
The Victoria’s Secret model and Sprouse twinned with their baby daughter in matching white Dodgers jerseys with white lettering, holding up the infant between them so she could see the screen. “We took Labor Day literally this year,” they captioned the joint post. Palvin and Sprouse, who got married in Hungary in July 2023, first started dating in 2018.
