KayCee Stroh celebrated her 17th anniversary with husband Ben Higginson by recreating their wedding photos

"I truly fall more and more in love with you everyday … Happy 17th Anniversary my Everything,” the High School Musical alum wrote on social media

The sweet photos also featured the couple’s two daughters, Zetta Lee and Lexi Marie

KayCee Stroh is celebrating 17 magical years with her husband, Ben Higginson.

On Sunday, Jan. 19, the High School Musical alum, 41, celebrated her and her husband’s wedding anniversary by recreating some of their wedding photos in front of the same venue where they said “I do” all those years ago.

“17 year ago (1/9/2009) I married this INCREDIBLE man,” Stroh wrote alongside the photos on Instagram. “What a surreal and Magical moment it was to take our daughters to the location of our reception @lacaillerestaurant which we hold so dear and enjoyed delicious food, laughter and reliving stories from our special day. We even recreated some of our favorite photos then and now…”

While one of the throwback photos shows the actress posing on a staircase in her wedding gown, Stroh’s recreation features her posing in a floral dress alongside her and Higginson’s two daughters, Zetta Lee, 12, and Lexi Marie, 10.

“As I look back over the results of these photos I can’t help but feel so unbelievably blessed for this life and the 2 beautiful humans we have created together,” she continued in the caption. “@benjamindone I truly fall more and more in love with you everyday! Happy 17th Anniversary my Everything. 💕”

The family of four also took a few adorable family photos, featuring the girls’ matching dresses, in front of Utah’s La Caille restaurant.

Hours later, Stroh shared another video to Instagram that featured a throwback video of her and Ben dancing during their wedding reception. The video then transitioned to a clip of them dancing in the exact same spot 17 years later. This time, however, their two daughters were swaying in the background instead of their crowd of wedding guests.

“Dancing through life with you @benjamindone is my greatest Joy❤️,” Stroh captioned the sweet video. “Happy 17th Anniversary My Everything!”

PEOPLE confirmed the couple’s engagement in May 2008 while Stroh was in Utah shooting the third installment of the HSM franchise alongside Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale and the rest of the cast.

“We shot from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m., and Ben was waiting for me in my trailer,” Stroh explained at the time. “He was waiting for me with a single red rose. Then he took me up to the H Rock, a place at the top of a little mountain that overlooks Salt Lake City, and we watched the sunrise. Then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.”

“They are going to be so surprised,” she added at the time of her costars. “They all love Ben. He’s like one of the gang.”

The pair tied the knot the following year in a "big" winter wedding — and Stroh even invited her fellow wildcats.

“Everyone is invited,” she told PEOPLE ahead of her 2009 nuptials. “It’s going to be a big wedding.”
