Kim Zolciak’s Boyfriend Kyle Mowitz Doubles Down on Trying to Keep Kroy Biermann Away from His Kids

Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, is doubling down on his desire to keep her ex Kroy Biermann away from his children.

According to court documents obtained by Us, Mowitz submitted a reply in the months following his motion for an expedited temporary hearing in Georgia on September 24. Mowitz, who has been romantically linked to Zolciak since last year, revisited his allegations against Biermann, who is dating Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green.

Per the September 22 filing, Mowitz is still concerned about Biermann being around his children amid Green’s romance with the former football player.

“He explicitly states concerns about Mr. Biermann, including his unpredictable behavior and history of harassing and surveilling [Mowtiz],” the docs read. “Mr. Biermann’s mental and physical abusive history with both adults and his own children … mental health issues and anger management … Mr. Biermann is a known thief and has even stolen money and valuables from his own family.”

Mowitz added that he “does not believe that his desire to include safeguards to protect his minor children is in any way ‘absurd,'" per the docs.

“Biermann does in fact pose a risk of danger or harm to the minor children, and it is therefore in the minor children’s best interests for [Green] to be prohibited from exposing Mr. Biermann to the minor children,” the docs claimed. “Likewise, it is in the minor children’s best interests to ensure certain safeguards are in place to protect their safety and well-being.”

Mowitz asked the court for specific “safeguards,” including "removing weapons” from the home and “enabling the outside security cameras.”

“The evidence presented at a hearing on this matter will reveal that [Green] continues to have Mr. Biermann over to the [home] in the late hours of the night when the minor children are in her care,” the paperwork alleged. In addition, [she] is frequently leaving the minor children with third parties during her parenting time to spend time with Mr. Biermann and even with Mr. Biermann’s children. [Her] actions do not show a parent prioritizing her minor children; rather, she is exposing them not only to unsafe situations but also to unnecessary confusion that is directly against their best interests.”

Mowitz clarified that he is “not suggesting that he be given direct live access to the security cameras.”

“His intent is not to monitor [his ex],” the docs read. “His intent is to ensure there are security cameras enabled so that such footage may be reviewed in the unfortunate event of an incident arising involving the safety of the minor children or the destruction or removal of marital assets.”

While Mowitz does not want his children around Biermann, he is not opposed to Green having a romantic relationship with him.

“To be clear, [Mowitz] is making no attempt to prevent [Green] from associating with or dating Mr. Biermann,” the filing read. He is simply seeking protections for the minor children and for Mr. Biermann not to be present or at the marital residence when the minor children are present.

Mowitz also alleged that Green has failed to respond and “confer with [him] in good faith on issues related to the safety of the minor children.”

Us has reached out to Biermann’s lawyer for comment regarding the motion reply.

Zolciak and Biermann called it quits in May 2023 after 11 years of marriage. Two years later, Mowitz and Green split. Amid Zolciak and Biermann’s divorce proceedings, the exes became entangled in Mowitz and Green’s divorce when the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and Mowitz started dating in October 2025.
