Paulina Porizkova, 60, shared an Instagram video on Thursday, March 12, in which she showed off her physique in a pair of light pink underwear
She also answered a fan question about herself looking "fabulous" for her age, which she noted was due to "just good light and posing”

For Paulina Porizkova, 60 is just a number.
The 60-year-old model and author posted an Instagram video on Thursday, March 12, in which she showed off her physique in a pair of pink underwear — and shared a message to women about loving their bodies as they age.
She kicked off the video posing in the underwear and a colorful silk robe with the words “How do you look so fabulous at 60?” written on the bottom of the video. The model said it was all “just good light and posing” as she relaxed her stance and took off the robe.
“The reality is this. I am 60 years old. This is what it looks like,” she said as she pointed out different parts of her body, including lines on her chest.
Porizkova went on to share that she had "gained like 15 pounds" in the last few years, saying, "This tummy is not going anywhere.” She added that it “carried two children,” and it “doesn't matter how many pilates lessons” she takes or how much weight she puts on, she loves it either way.
“The skin is just the skin. But you know what? I like myself better this way,” she said before ending the video.

Porizkova also answered the question about how she looks "so fabulous at 60” in the caption, writing that it was all “smoke and mirrors, folks.” She said that the “truth is, gravity takes its toll,” but it can also build “your strength so you can hold your head higher than ever.”

“I first bought this lingerie set seven years ago for someone who couldn’t have cared less about the lingerie, he just needed me to be twenty years younger,” Porizkova continued.
“And now, even though I barely fit into it, it’s entirely worth to put it on just to see the look on my love’s @sjeffgreenstein face. And so with all the obvious so-called flaws of age, I have never felt sexier and more at home in my skin,” she added, referring to her fiancé, writer Jeff Greenstein.

This isn’t the first time that the No Filter author has offered an unfiltered look at her body — and shared a body-positive message for her fans. In November, she posted a “get ready with me” video showing herself getting dressed while wearing “four-year-old underwear from Victoria's Secret.”

In that video, she showed viewers the “hip scars” from her “bilateral hip replacement” and further reflected on her "imperfections" in the caption. However, she noted that this was also what sets people apart and makes them special.

"If you’re like me, you will also zero in on the shape of my body — and hopefully — think with relief 'ah, she’s not perfect either,' " she wrote.
"And then you can give yourself a little break and wrap your arms around your imperfect self and give it some love. Because our imperfections are what make us a perfect original,” she added.
