Zelda Williams, the 36-year-old daughter of the late Hollywood legend Robin Williams, shared her first official Instagram post in almost two years on Jan. 18, wowing fans with an elegant and chic black and white photoshoot.
"2025 was less than sparkly, not gonna lie- so here’s to razzle dazzling the shit out of 2026," she began the message accompanying the photos, bidding farewell to 2025. "Hell, let’s pour glitter into the cracks of 2026’s couch! Confidently stomp that shit into its carpet! Hide it in the damned air vents!"
She concluded the positive note, "I want to find the twinkling evidence of this year in dusty corners for years to come."
In the first photo of the bunch, Zelda modeled what appeared to be a structured suit jacket dress, with zig-zag tights on underneath. The snap showed Zelda in a moment of movement, with one leg up behind her as she either took off or put on a stylish black heel, while her right hand was placing a top hat on her head.
The second image depicted Zelda in a white dress, smiling as she spun, with the skirt flowing around her, while the third showed the actress in a sophisticated black outfit as she sat down and smoked what looked like a cigarette, glancing off to the side with a thoughtful gaze.
Zelda's last two images provided a closer look at the first outfit, with one of her holding the top hat against her chest and another showing the back of her legs as she walked away.
She credited actor and photographer Colton Haynes as the person behind the camera, while makeup artist Yukina Mitsuhashi did Zelda's makeup for the shoot.

Friends and fans adored the photos, with actress Katherine McNamara writing, "STUNNING!!! What a legend ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥," while Frances Bean Cobain said, "you are so beautiful ! ❤️."
"Yes to more glitter in our lives! You are beautiful Zel!" cheered a fan of the actress, as similar comments read, "How beautiful!" and "SO DARLING AND STUNNING ZELDA!!! And omg that stomping the glitter to find the evidence later IS GORGEOUS."

Another common thread in the comments was that the first image of Zelda looked a lot like the beloved DC character Zatanna, leading fans to pitch her for the role, saying, "Zelda Williams for Zatana in DCU!" and "Is this a soft audition for Zatanna? I’m all in."
The new update from Zelda appears, as of writing, to be her first official Instagram post since February 2024, when she shared behind-the-scenes photos from the film she directed called Lisa Frankenstein.
Despite there being no posts between then and now, Zelda frequently connects with her fans through her Instagram Stories, which are temporary updates to the social media site.
Just a few months ago, in October 2025, Zelda used her Instagram Stories to call out fans who were sending her AI-generated videos of her late father, who died in 2014.
