Vera Wang is going makeup-free in a candid sick day selfie.
On Saturday, Sept. 26, the fashion designer, 77, shared a fresh-faced snap of herself lounging in bed. In the photo, she wears a black sleeveless top and leans against a pillow. Her face appears sans makeup and her long hair frames her face.
“STUCK in my bed sneezing a lot….. so staying here …..my real office. !🙏👏🛏️📥,” Wang captioned the post.
Fans in the comment section of the post sympathized with the designer’s apparent sick day, offering words of advice.
“Rest, sleep, soup, tea with honey, comfort food, and entertaining tv, to watch while you heal 💕🌹🕊️,” one user wrote.
“Oooohhh nooo! Lots of rest please!!!❤️❤️❤️,” said another.
Wang recently celebrated her 77th birthday in style.

The designer, who turned 77 on Saturday, June 27, rang in the milestone with an elaborate party and a new hairstyle. Wang showed off the look in a series of Instagram posts that featured snaps from the gathering, as well as multiple angles of the designer’s new blonde lob.
“JUST DOWN THE HALL !!! B’DAY TIME !!!🎂🥳🎉❤️,” she captioned one carousel shared on Monday, June 29. In the photos, Wang can be seen walking down a hallway in a white halter gown from her line’s Haute collection.
In place of her usual long, brunette locks, the designer sports a shoulder-length honey-blonde lob.

Another post shared a day later shows Wang seated at a long table full of guests as she’s presented with a white cake topped with sparklers and the number “77.”
The designer is known for experimenting with hairstyles and in May, appeared at the Met Gala platinum blonde hair that was pulled back into an effortless style with face-framing pieces.
Wang wore a skin-baring black dress featuring a black bandeau top and a black skirt with a single strap that wrapped around her neck. The look also featured a voluminous black sleeve on one arm.
